IMPORTANT NOTICE
 
  • To fill the form you should have a valid email ID. Once you fill and submit the form, the copy of the same will be sent to your email ID
  • The child should be born in the period between 01.07.2020 to 30.06.2021.
  • Parents must be the residents of Bandra- East.
  • Filling admission form is no guarantee for admission.
  • Parents should fill and submit the form only ONCE. Double submission will be considered as INVALID.
  • Meeting with the Admission Committee for Class Junior K.G.will be held on Thursday, March 20,2025 from 12:00 noon to 02:00 PM
  • Kindly come in from Gate No.1.
  • Instructions for Parents:
    1. Kindly bring your child to school on the day of admission.
    2. Both parents (Father & Mother) should come on the day of admission along with the required documents.
    3. The Form money is Rs. 200\-
    4. Kindly carry the original documnets and self-attested Xerox copies.
      1. 1 copy of the passport size photograph of the Child.
      2. 1 Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate.
      3. 1 Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Father, Mother and the Child.
      4. 1 Photocopy of Ration Card.
      5. 1 copy of the photograph of the Family (Father, Mother and Child for whom admission is being sought).
      6. Catholics should produce Baptism Certificate of the Child in addition to the above mentioned documents.
